Canuck coach Travis Green abosoloutely loves Tanev and is pushing hard for him to stay.

If he walks, it will be because he didnt get term. Which team is willing to offer Tanev term?

I love Tavev. I would love for the Canucks to bring him back but 4-5 years?! That's simply too long for my comfort level (I wouldn't go any further than 3 years assuming the Canucks can fit him in). But hey, he's a free agent, a helluvaguy, a very effective player and I'll be happy for him when a desperate GM gives him the money and term he's looking for.

Love Tanev but he's a mistake anything longer then 3 years considering his injury history. Hope Canucks pass or we get him for a deal we can't pass.
