Can anyone tell me more about this kid? I've seen his name but don't know anything about him.

Where is he projected to go? 1-10? 11-20? late 1st.

Durand is enjoying a pretty good season with Seattle of the WHL. He is considered by many of one the best playmakers and most creative centers in the draft. He's a pretty good skater and has very decent acceleration too. He could be more physical for a guy of his size, though (6'1", 190 pounds) although he does not seem to be afraid to drive the net. Gets some PP time on the point with his WHL team and seems to be pretty reliable defensively also.
