The Falcons are off to a 10-2 start this season and a 3-1 start in WCHA play, having ridden a nine-game win streak that was snapped in overtime against Bemidji State last Friday.

Among teams that have played at least eight games this season, Bowling Green is one of just two to average four goals per game. Using the same minimum games total, only Minnesota has a stingier defense than the one that resides inside Slater Family Ice Arena.
