Great news. 16 year olds aren’t responsible for their country’s politicians decisions. And for anyone that thinks “well at least that’ll show those Russian guys”, those guys would be delighted to keep Russian kids banned from the CHL forever so kids would be forced to play in the MHL and then the KHL team can pressure them into signing extensions (look at how they are being unfair to Demidov for not extending).
