I think Stone might be a steal for Ottawa at this point.

Tam with 9 goals in 8 games as a defenseman is impressive(even though he is an overager)

Scouts seemed to think he was going to be an NHLer up until midterm of his draft year...kinda looks like that will be the case. Skating his biggest issue and it's been improved to a noticeable degree.

Jesus Christ I mean Mark Stone is doing well. MacKinnon is inconsistent, but that'll come with time. Nice to see Tam doing well after he was decapitated

I believe i remember reading he had a great summer camp for the World Jrs. If all or most of the top prospects stick in the NHL, i have a feeling Stone might get a big role with Team Canada come xmas time.

Especially if he keeps scoring at this pace.

Yeah really strong camp in the summer, supposedly the best showing there among forwards other than Smith-Pelly. He's got nice size and good vision, seems to do a good job of finding seems to get passes through.

Zach Hall... anyone have a scouting report? Was injured last year and didn't have much of a year, this year putting up some crazy numbers (at least so far).

Is that the same Tam that was injured by Cormier?

    MacKinnon is ripping it up

  14. How has MacKinnon faired so far. Are the Crosby comparisons justifiable or does his play remind you of any other player?

Cody Ceci has taken his game to another level (again). Really nice to see this guy progressing and further improving his draft stock. 67s have a really fun to team to follow this year.

Cody Ceci really reminds me of a Brent Seabrook kind of defenceman. Does just about everything very well but nothing elite. He's the kind of defenceman every team loves to have.

Not 10 games in the OHL only 5. Some of the players from the NHL are just getting back or have been back for a few games. Wait till they get back for a few games to tell

Yes I know. Only five games so far in the WHL too...10 in the Q.

Its an interesting group though, not that I expect it to last for long. Kind of like how Jason Pominville is leading scoring right now in the NHL.
