I know that in drafts, teams tend to go for BPA. But I can't see the Pens taking a goalie in round 2.
With Fleury still only 26 years old, barring injury, they literally won't need a #1 for close to the next decade. And thus any goalie they draft would be, at best, the future backup.
With the Pens' issues on the wings, I think you'll see them concentrate on forwards this draft. Possibly a defenseman, if he's BPA when their second round pick comes around, but likely a winger.
Chances are they'll take a flier on a goalie after round 3, just to make sure they have at least some kind of goalie prospect in their system, but I can't see it happening before that.
