So the tie-breaker is goal difference and then head-to-head or only head-to-head?
.

Only head-to-head

Arsenal need to win by 2 goals or anything greater than 3:2.

For example a 2:1 win Arsenal won't be enough but a 4:3 win would

Group E
Barcelona win the group; Roma have the advantage of knowing a win at home against BATE will be enough. Leverkusen need help from BATE but more importantly they need a result against Barcelona. Even BATE is still alive, they need a win away in Rome and hope Leverkusen don't win

Group F
Bayern win the group; Olympiakos-Arsenal fight for second, Arsenal need to win by 2 goals or anything above 3:2.

Group G
One of the tighter groups; Chelsea and Porto on top with 10 points but they play each other at Stamford Bridge while Dynamo Kiev are expected to win at home against MTA. The winner of Chelsea-Porto will win the group while loser are eliminated. Should Chelsea-Porto end in a draw then we will have an 11-11-11 group :amazed:

Group H
Zenit win the group; Gent host Zenit and control their own destiny. Valencia host Lyon and must win while hope Gent don't win

And that's where I need clarification on what happens. What are the tie-breakers and in what order? Because if it is 11-11-11, then Porto wins the tie over Chelsea but Chelsea wins it over Kiev. If it's goal difference then Kiev might thrash MTA and go through...

If its 11-11-11 then the results against MTA are discarded and the results among the top 3 are counted

So lets assume Chelsea-Porto ends 1:1 and Kiev win...each would have 5 points against each other but Dynamo Kiev would have the best goal difference and Chelsea would finish 2nd. FC Porto will be hurt because they lost by two goals at home to Kiev so for them its imperative to win in London as any draw won't be good enough, even a high scoring one, as every other game between these three ended in a draw or were one goal decisions

Arsenal is going to put in the best performance of the season and pull out a 2 - 1 victory because it's the Wenger thing to do

Dynamo Kiev fined two games behind closed doors (and financially) for the incident against Chelsea. So that means no fans for the crucial MTA match and likely a R16 match

Interesting schedule today, you have games at 10am, noon and the normal 2:45pm eastern time.

Benfica fight back to earn a 2:2 draw with Astana, the Kazakhs were the more impressive team and could have won the match

Benfica still control their own destiny for first place as they have a better H2H over Atletico whom they play at home on MD6

important win by Wolfsburg, this results means they control their own destiny for 1st place if they can beat Manchester United at home on MD6. Puts pressure on PSV who probably now need a result against Manchester United later today to have any R16 hopes

If things go to plan in this group (United winning); Wolfsburg vs. MU will be match for first place while PSV-CSKA will be match for the EL spot

Sterling is awful. Juve need to bring in Cuadrado, this way they'll have him and Dybala rolling on the floor for half of the last 10 minutes.

United is in big trouble. They need to win in Wolfsburg to guarantee a spot in the knockout stages.
