Fleury+Maatta+2nd for Hamilton+Elliot is a deal i'd do.

The problem with us getting Maatta is we lose what little speed we really have. Outside of Brodie our d core is not that fast, and we only have 4-5 fast forwards. Slow teams don't survive in this league. On Pittsburgh, Maatta would have an entire team that can skate, and he wouldn't have to worry as much. Who knows, maybe his skating will improve but it's really not that favourable for us.

I'd much rather a Ryan Murray and add if I have to than a Maatta

Fleury+Maatta+2nd for Hamilton+Elliot is a deal i'd do.

Obviously, its an absolute steal for Pittsburgh.

Maatta has played poorly, and his skating is a huge with Pittsburgh's current system.

Fleury has to be moved or bought out before the expansion draft.

Calgary is fixing 2 of our problems and still adding, its too good to be true.
