2 hours of lifting followed by a skating session is a serious workout. Not sure what the criticism is here. Crazy.Are you lifting for 2 hours each time and then skating afterwards?

What was Casey's vo2 max number at the combine? I can only find top 10 lists for combine results.

Yeah I remember it was the worst. I was trying to find out by how much and how the number compares to the average 18/19 year old.
