Lol no he’s not
how t.o. changes kapanen to nylander, change sparks to g-kasimir kaskisuo and carolina adds rw-julien gauthier and c-nicolas roy, with t.o. adding c-fred gauthier? Not interested in quantity for quality in a Faulk deal. Canes need Goalies and Centers. Sparks is waiver fodder.

thus+ carolina-faulk, j gauthier, n roy for t.o.-nylander, k kaskisuo, f. gauthier and c. carrick
Easy pass. Bennett may end up turning it around, but Kap and Hyman will both have roles on the team this year...and Lazar isn't a target at all. Offering Cs isn't helpful here, we have Tavares/Matthews/Kadri....we need D.Trade Proposal: Hey Toronto, how about LW/C Sam Bennett and C/RW Curtis Lazar from CGY for -
RW/LW- Kasperi Kapanen and LW-Zach Hyman
We have no Want or Need for Faulk
meh on Faulk....especially if you guys think u can get Dermott for him.
Faulk may be a RHD. I dont see him improving the leafs. huge no to this.
guys mckegg plays for the hurricanes not the penguins
just making sure we are all on the same page
^he has a point. Kapanen is a nice piece, but won't light up the scoreboard. A scoring 2-way center is what car needs; also Toronto needs a steady, stay at home, defensive specialist rhd that has a crisp 1st pass. Faulk is also not that. A Faulk-rielly or faulk-gardiner pairing would be less than ideal for Toronto. Kapanen, at this point in his career at least, is less than ideal for Carolina. For Toronto, Kadri is legitimately the best trade piece for the league (also why Toronto doesn't want to trade him) and if he was moved it wouldn't be for faulk.Find anybody with a Want or Need for Carrick, Sparks, or Kapanen.
When did that happen?
No doubt the canes have great D depth which makes him expendable but you have to admit that Faulk is a bit of a trainwreck defensively.
A totally reasonable take, I agree on all points. I don’t think Kadri would be traded for Faulk either but that’s not entirely about trade value, rather it’s an obviously bad FIT for the Leafs.^he has a point. Lol who cares about Dermott he would be our 12th best dman.
Without sounding like i'm just bashing on Faulk, this is actually a correct statement. Every non-Leafs fan expert on this site has no problem telling us how bad our defense is at actually defending....what the Hell is adding Faulk going to do to change that? Why would we trade for another Dman who can't defend?
SlavinLet’s see the 11 you have above him?
