Carolina looking very good so far this season. Much faster, a lot more skill up front. Scoring at will right now. McBackup looks to he a huge addition to the team.

I'm sure others will say something like 'let's see how they're doing in January' or something like that. And they're not wrong.

But, I'm happy that this team is doing well. I like a lot of players there and think they have a bright future. Way to start it out right, Carolina!

I am just jealous you guys are actually playing games.

Who the **** scheduled the Panthers to play one game and have a Five day layoff.

    WHAT THE **** NHL?!

No, 2-0-1 is the best start since relocating, and 5 points is already half of the points we started with in October the last 2 years

They're notorious for the exact opposite of starting strong.

They're usually about 6 games below .500 by the middle of October

Ferland looks to be a massive pickup for them. He's the type of player that they've been really missing in the past imo

We're hoping that Darling looks anywhere near what he did in the pre-season once he's back from injury. Though I can't blame McBackup or Mrazek on the last 2. Mrazek was hung out to dry vs the Rangers and 2 of the ones that went in on McBackup went in off Canes players.

Definitely a more entertaining style of play than the last two years.
