care to discuss Darche?

I'd like to see him signed to fight for that last spot. I must admit that it is at least partially because I hate seeing the Bruins play against him. I think he'd fit, but I don't know anything about his personality off the ice, so that is a bit of a concern. if much/most of the team hates him, then there is no point beyond the short camp. he's skating at the NJD training sessions... are there protocols for plucking from another camp?
