If by weapon you mean guy who will drop 1/4 of his targets and may put hands on his QB during halftime, yes he is a weapon.

Nope not today.
The Steelers are really good at finding WR talent at the draft. The WR room isn’t looking to hot after Pickens but I am confident it will be sorted out in the next month
