Happy for him. His legacy for the Penguins will be when a member of HF would come to the board solely to boost his image and cheerlead. Many of us suspected it was Noesen himself or a close family member or friend. It was odd. Couldn't tell you one single-solitary thing he ever did in WBS or Pit...but I do remember his HF Shill.
