Captains invited to Canada's camp?

Is it just me or will Canada have a whole whack of leadership this year? Just how many of these guys are captains on their CHL teams? I know a few...

Seabrook > Lethbridge
Fraser > Red Deer
Colliton > Prince Albert

I'm pretty sure those three are correct. If not please enlighten me. Also please add to these if know more.

Dixon is a captain for Cape Breton. Crosby has an 'A'. (Pouliot is captain of Rimouski)

He was stripped of it for quite a while, but the last reports that I heard (December 4th and 5th) he had a C on his sweater again.
And all the box scores since then at WHL.ca list Getzlaf as the captain.
