Two of my favorite things in life — Caps and ‘Astral Weeks’
Helluva good problem to have though...
Thank you I felt it appropriate, though that could be the bourbon...
Yeah this game was a heck of a lot tougher than his shutout vs the ECHL Sabers.
Caps 1.66 GA in their last three games.
Now is a good time to take a moment and reflect on the fact that arguably the best goalscorer in NHL history plays for the Washington Capitals, and we get to watch every one of his goals.
Can't wait until we stop playing 11 Forwards a night tomorrow with Wilson back. And Eller needs to be back soon.. icing only 3 centers can only take you so far
We may just f*** around and win a Presidents Trophy again
Bite your tongue!
Wait, I suck at this. 0.66, not 1.66.
Is this the first Alzner has taken part in post game talks? Because he seems natural. Really good add in my opinion.
I was like wait.. when did we allow 2 or more goals in one of the last 3 games..
I love the Washington Capitals. (Crazy Russian Imperial Stout talking) I hope tomorrow goes well...
I'm leaning towards Hatheway (assuming Eller is also back)
I think Sheary is running low on gas and magic...
I think it’s probably a rotating trio of Sprong, Panik, Sheary
I don't know. Maybe it's because I fell asleep and missed most of the game.. but it felt like we were losing 9-0 and someone kicked everyone's dog when I looked in here... when it seemed like we weren't doing that badly at all
That seems most likely to my novice eyes. The team is playing well. It's a neat trick to 'tweak' the chemistry and still maintain the momentum.
He had a stretch in which I would have agreed with you, but he's putting up 2 shots per game like clockwork and had two assists against Buffalo (granted everyone is good against Buffalo).
@Ovechkins Wodka your streak lives on
Not only did the Capitals go 7-0 during the Wilson suspension they are 11-1 in their last 12
Just noticed Ovy broke his stick on Lindgren.
looks like Ovy gives more than he gets
