Gonna be a tough game.
i dont get how Phoenix keeps winning year in and out.
Grabovski vs Ribeiro showdown.
Great coach, great defense and balanced offense.
This should be a good game, pho looks tough yet again.
Hogue hat trick.
Is that Morris? He looks constipated.
Ovi looks little. Before he had shoulders.
I'll be very impressed/surprised if we aren't 9-9 after these next 2 games.
I'm really dumb, I was looking at the Phoenix lines for like a minute saying to myself "the ****? Where's Turris?" before I remembered he's in Ottawa.
Wish they would go with a 84-90-20 line.
Btw Libs, you turned the Oscar Diver from Portuguese to Italian.
Looks like Neuvy is in.
Tailgating for this one boyz, crafted some custom made cornhole boards, one Caps, one Yotes.
That's awesome, I've never seen a Caps away game.
Road games are fun. As I don't live in DC, I end up seeing more Caps games in Philly/New York than Washington in most years. Never been to Phoenix (for a game anyway, will be stopped in their airport on a layover tonight). It's a completely different experience to be cheering when most of the crowd hates you. Well, aside of Islanders games a few years ago. About 40% of the crowd then was in Washington jerseys. Same with the Winter Classic.
Good luck to your Capitals.
Paul Mara, who always looks constipated. Since I'm here, I'll post my photo of the Caps plane landing at Sky Harbor yesterdaty, and then go away. I have been photographing all of the NHL team planes this season, which are mostly bland Air Canada and Delta charters.
I was at the game for Ovechkin's highlight goal in 2006, shown at the top of this GDT. It remains the most amazing goal I have seen live. He had 10 shots in that game!
here they are
Ribs will score tonight
Ribs will take a dumb penalty, too. You just have to give him a chance.
I'm hoping Oates gives the Patti/Lats/Biff line a couple shifts against Ribs, just to see if they can goad him into a penalty.
That's a cool project. Thanks for posting.
Yeah, there always seem to be a lot of road fans at Islanders' games. Probably a majority of my section had Caps' jerseys on last time I was there. I've never been to a Caps/Rangers game but I imagine it's a much more hostile environment.
Ribs will complain to the referees tonight, again and again. Referees will listen and then send him to the box for something that was ticky-tac.
Why would you break up the Chimera-Grabo-Ward line? They seem to be clicking.
But, if you're talking about reinstituting the CLaW line, they have had some great chemistry in the past.
Vrbata missing today's game with a lower-body injury.
