In an ideal world, find a top 6 forward. Either for Sid and leave Geno's line OR a LW for Geno-Horny and slide Rust up.

And then find Marino a partner and ride the **** out of your top four.

Just a garbage game they had no business losing. Murray was terrible. Pettersson was terrible. Sid continues to look pedestrian. Only players I feel at all good about right now are Hornqvist and Geno. It's Jarry's net moving forward and I am not someone who has bashed Murray in the past.

I think giving Pettersson that contract was a mistake.

I think banking on his to be a long term top 4 for us, was a mistake.

His play terrifies me when thinking about the playoffs.

I would not make Pettersson off limits tomorrow.

That third period was pathetic.

It all started with Pettersson being an absolute idiot. What the f*** was that? I swear this team has some really dumb hockey players.

Every "scramble" in front of the Pens' net went to a Cap player. Meanwhile, Pens can't seem to get rebound opportunities on Holtby.

Frustrating game to watch because the Pens shot themselves in the foot. They had control, had the lead, and pissed it away with dumb play.
