totally a silent rebuild. Gillis says he believes in the core but it's pretty obvious he doesn't. he should just get on with the full rebuild and stop his nonsense.

He's right though. Sedins / Edler / Bieksa / Hamhuis.... no speed, no physicality. Too much reliance on talent, discipline and positioning.... unfortunately, when the team faces players who are as talented, as disciplined, and have as good positioning but are faster and bigger, the team loses.
