Looks like when his season is over he'll join Utica
I imagine this was done on purpose by Lind and his agent.About time. We signed Gadjovich before him lmao.
I imagine this was done on purpose by Lind and his agent.
Because Gadjovich signed in 2017 his contract will be slide eligible next year even in the AHL.
By waiting until 2018 to sign his ELC, Lind's contract will not slide next season.
Which makes it very questionable why he was signed this season.
I am stunned by this. I thought for sure he would sign for the 2018-19 season. Very strange decision.

Now, the most interesting news Benning offered up on Monday concerned the immediate future of the Canucks’ drafted players. He said the plan was to sign those players and send them to Utica for the AHL playoffs, meaning the Comets could have Adam Gaudette, Jonathan Dahlen, Kole Lind, Jonah Gadjovich and Olli Juolevi in their lineup in the coming weeks.

Hes still playing for North easternSigning Gaudette should be one of the next priorities.
He and Gaudette should be key for the bottom 6 going forward.
Signing Gaudette should be one of the next priorities.
I'm still not convinced that Lind will develop into an NHL player, but signing him was a no brainer: he was a high second round pick who is developing.
