Nope, Vancouver will likely be worse at least Ottawa plays in a division with other horrible teams so they're likely going to inflate their points that way. Vancouver is by far the worst team in the West and in their division.

Petterson and boeser should sell some tickets on their own for now, and they have built up a decent prospect pool after 5 years of suckage.
