OT: Canucks Purchase Vancouver Stealth

I think this will be great for the team and lacrosse in Vancouver, they'll finally have some financial stability and should gain a lot better marketing and promotion. Thankfully they are moving out of the LEC and into Rogers Arena, LEC was to small and to far into the suburbs. Also, after the last few years of them sucking the new name, logo, and rebranding should be good. Now they just have to bring in some proper management that can actually run a lacrosse team.

Is the target demographic located closer to Rogers or the LEC? Don’t follow lacrosse so no clue.

That's why I'm questioning it.

I really think it would be closer to the LEC.

but they obviously have done their research and think otherwise..

I'm 15 minutes from the LEC, and yet I'm more excited for the team to be going to Rogers Arena. I think it will be a good move for them, all the teams under NHL ownership seem to do well. IMO, if they can just fill the lower bowl, they'll be just fine.
