Hi all! It's that time of year again! As a (still) rebuilding team, celebrating and debating prospects is one of the few things that we can all agree to and enjoy. These polls are always a lot of fun, and the debates and tracking of prospects over the years is something that's always a neat look-back.

Speaking of, DomY was kind enough back in late-August of last year to compile a rankings list dating back to 2013. Here it is:

As in past years, we will be listing players based on Hockey's Future criteria pertaining to what makes a 'prospect'. For reference, here is how Hockey's Future classifies prospects: Hockey's Future - NHL Prospect Criteria

Adam Gaudette is right at the games played threshold, so he could technically be added - but I get the sense that move wouldn't be liked. Tryamkin is over the games played threshold.

You could also argue against Demko being on here, as he has been a backup for at least the requisite 45 games, but I'll leave that up to consensus.

And if the club adds any new prospects between now and poll day one, we'll of course add them to the poll.
