Thought it would be fun to combine the best player's in Canucks history onto one team. In their prime.

Sedins-Bure
Tanti-Morrison-Naslund
Linden-Kesler-Smyl
Mogliny-Kurtenbach-Bertuzzi

Hamhuis-Lumme
Edler-Ohlund
Ehrhoff-Jovanoski

Luongo
McLean
Brodeur
Have I missed anyone?

Way too much recent flavor to this team IMO. In addition to Gradin missing I also say we need some Don Lever, Dennis Kearns, Geoff Courtnall, and Cliff Ronning in there.

Looks like you did a good job, didn't really see any too obvious omissions, looks really good, but I still don't want it compared with other team's all time rosters

edit- Gradin should be there, as others have posted

Cliffy Ronning for sure needs to be there and Linden in his prime would not be on the 3rd line and I don't see how Morrison is ahead of him on the depth chart. Have the 90's been forgotten already? lol

Good list but I put Luo as the best goalie we've ever had and ahead of Cpt Kirk on the depth chart. Kirk was actually an pretty avg goalie. If it wasn't for that magical save and the 94 run he probably wouldn't be remembered as dearly as he is.

Hey, Clouts actually had decent reg season #'s. Swap him for Troy Gamble and your list is mint.

lineup full of chemistry! Burrows is in over Smyl, Kurtenbach, Gradin, and others only because he has proven chemistry with the Sedins, who are the two best forwards this organization has had. Larionov and Bure have played together before, and Bure and Adams have history together (Cup run with Craven). The Naslund line maybe the most productive Canuck line in history through those few seasons, and the Life Line to round out the heart this team has been missing since.

Each of the defense pairings have played together (though not always on the same pairings) and are on their natural sides.

The extra forwards/dman bring the depth intangibles!

Cup winning team :)

Why are you hating on Messier? He brought Canuck fans together, uniting them against a common enemy. How many other Canucks have the distinction of such an honor?
