Perron and Manukyan are my last two. Don't have enough info on the other mew guys to rank them higher than 2 guys putting up good numbers in pro leagues.

I was quite high on Malone this year so I'll go him

Perron is another good option as of the players remaining on this list he may actually at least get a cup of coffee in the NHL for 5-10 games in his career

I know he's a lot older prospect, but really liked the look of Brogan Rafferty in his brief appearance in that last week of the NHL season. He'll be an interesting guy to follow in Utica this season, so he's my pick at #19.

I'm also getting good vibes from the Latvian goaltender Arturs Silovs....big goaltender with a lot of athleticism. Ian Clarke will work wonders with his technique. But maybe I just have a soft spot in my heart for Latvian goalies after watching Arturs Irbe play for the Canucks.

I voted for Silovs, because ... who knows? Whereas with the others, I think I know.

Can’t argue much with the list. Hoglander and Podkolzin are getting the shinny new toy treatment and Juolevi, Lind and Gadjovich are suffering from “development bias.” But overall looks about right.

"Development bias"?

More like lack of development.

Development trends rarely turn around that sharply.

"Development bias"?

More like lack of development.

I think the point was missed. Clearly Juolevi, Lind and Gadjovich have not developed as hoped. I just think these struggles are being over emphasized in the rankings.
Note that MacEwen, at Gadjovich’s age last year was only a year removed from playing tier 2 junior hockey.
