I don't believe that two sheltered low minute games proved anything with regards to Rafferty's NHL ability. Especially when his skating looked as bad as it did.

This. Guy is ancient for a prospect and can't skate.

If you could get a 4th rounder for him you'd do that in a heartbeat, so why would he rank ahead of the promising player we just took in the 4th round?

Ok, changed my vote to Lockwood. Tossup between him and Keppen. Really like that Keppen pick. I think Lockwood took a nice step forward and barring further major injury has at least as good an upside as anyone left.

Keppen is a guy with good size and a big motor who was scoring a lot (45-goal pace) in the 2nd half of last season. He's obviously a longer-range projection but I rate him ahead of no-upside guys like Brisebois and Lind. Likewise, Lockwood to me projects as a Tyler Motte if he makes it.
