Still got laid with the hot secretary though. What's been done has been done.
don't forget our hate for the islanders:
NYIslanders - the guy on the busy street you don't see but he thinks about vandalizing your possessions
Man I hate the Islanders
I said Calgary, but it could be Toronto for different reasons. Hawks up their too.
Boston was a different animal.
Boston and Calgary
o what the hell...
indifference to varying degrees:
I put Chicago. Couldn't bring myself to put Boston, as they were my favourite team growing up. Not so much anymore
For some reason, I just don't like NY either.
Fans are even more annoying than their teams. The teams with the larger fan base are the worst. Leafs, Habs, Boston, NY and Van come to mind, although I like the Van fans
I was going to click NYR but i guess their team has changed enough times to where my hate isn't that strong. So i went to click Boston because of the smug Thomas, Lucic and Chara but no more Thomas. and he was the worst
So i have to say chicago because of keith's god damn elbow
I don't really hate any team but if I had to pick one it'd probably be the Leafs as I hate how Toronto-centric hockey media is and I think their fans are idiots. Also, dislike the Devils because of their fans. But aside from those two I don't really dislike any teams. I actually really respect Boston, Chicago and LA and like watching them play.
Surprised the Leafs don't have more votes.
I guess you become irrelevant when you haven't made the playoffs in almost a decade.
Chicago and Boston equally.
For me it came down to Boston and Chicago.
To settle it, I imagined cry if both were in the finals this year, who could I stomach a little more and see win again.
Sadly, I would rather see Boston win it again over Chicago.
So Chicago is still my most hated team, with Bolland leading the charge as the most despised.
Anaheim could be a hated team soon if they continue to play us like how they did tonight. Then again, we won 5-0, so we should encourage them to play like that.
We barely play them. It's embarrassing when people say that it's a rivalry. I know we all hate the attention they get but that isn't the Leafs fault. I'd rather just be apathetic towards them.
Kieth MUST DIE
I have to say I actually kind of like the Flames, Oilers and Leafs. Maybe it's because they don't win much but I tend not to hold animosity towards most teams. I got over Chicago when Burrows, "slayed the dragon," granted, Keith ensures that I will always dislike them. As far as Kings, I don't feel like they wronged us, just that they outplayed us. =/
Boston is the exception to this good will. I despise them. Their team, their management and their fans. I won't cheer for any other sports team that plays out of Boston. Everything about that (present day) organization just makes me sick.
Edit: Every once in a while the Ducks and Wild annoy me. But it usually ends when the final horn blows.
Anybody who watched the **** show that was the 2011 finals and didn't say Boston has got to be kidding. Sure we have rivalrys with other teams but nothing came close to how dirty and scummy the organization and fans are.
Personally, I'm the one guy who despises Anaheim more than any other team.
I've come to hate Boston and Chicago, but hate is a different thing.
I voted CHI only because we play them more and I can't stand Kane and Keith. BOS is another good pick but we don't play them enough for me to take them over CHI.
Boston and Chicago. Nobody really comes close.
Edmonton is going to be everyone's #1 in a few years.
Oiler fan lurking.
It's always funny about hating the fan base (I share your thoughts in reverse lol). The more passionate the fan base, the more you hate them. They are invested in their team, and the more they take it personally. Oiler fans and Vancouver fans are exactly the same.
For me, I will always hate the Canucks. My best friend is a Canuck fan, so I can never and will never cheer for them. It makes hockey that much better.
Only one choice on the poll? Pffft. Hard to settle on just one.
To me, NHL teams fall into 4 categories:
1) My team: The Canucks. The source of all light and harmony in the universe.
2) Teams I don't hate. Winnipeg goes here, Ottawa, Carolina, most of the Eastern teams as well. Teams I have no particular problem with, and will cheer for if playing one of the teams in the two lower categories.
3) Teams I hate. California teams, Minnesota, Nashville can go either here or the one above depending on how I feel. So can the Habs. Pittsburgh's usually here.
4) Teams I really hate. Boston, Chicago, Alberta teams, Toronto. Can't pick just one.
The great thing about hockey is it only takes on incident or one game to spark a rivalry
After the Keith hit on Sedin I can see the Canucks and Hawks rivalry having some more rough stuff like we've seen in the past
No matter how ****y they are towards us, I can't bring myself to truly hating Chicago, personally.
