People are proposing Breezby, and other fanboy likes?? Bergy has definitely made some questionable hires of friends? I don’t think it’s a stretch to suggest his ability to identify “talent” is lacking. Most of us suffered for years before the B’s dumped CJ. I do like the two hires this off season of assistant Dom D & Laval’s Joel B.

He's been my candidate from the start. He's got the Hawks connection going for him and he's legit one of the best in the business.

I think it's Kitchen. He's on the short list, but he seems to be the only one whose name has come out.

I looked at Blackhawks' PK rank since Kitchen was running it from 2010-11 to 2016-17, they were 3rd once (2012-13) and 10th once (2014-15). But every other year, they were 19th or lower.

Both seasons they had a Top-10 or Top-5 PK rank, they won the Cup.

That would make perfect sense first we got JJ who was nick named the lamp post then we get the person nicknamed breeze by.

The contractors are already at the bell upgrading the food stands, probably get a deal on the renovations. Molson loves to save $ after all...
