Unlikely, Capitals don't have that dynasty like quality. They'll be the typical one and done championship team like the Hurricanes, Lightning, Bruins and Ducks of recent memory.

then its 1.5 mil in dead cap in 2019-20

About repeat I guess it depends how other teams will improve. CBJ were good. If they add another top level talent they will be as strong as Pens.

Nashville is overrated. Fisher came out of retirement because he thought they were going to win and they lost in the 2nd round. I'd take Leafs over Preds. Leafs lost to Boston and should be better.
