Apparently, there was either a segment or a commercial that was about a fan who went to the bathroom and missed the Bobby Orr goal 49 years ago today.

If it was a segment did it air during or before the game?

If it was a commercial - who was the sponsor.

I think most Bruins fans would love to see this.

I recalled seeing it in the intermission. It could be an ad for Rogers but I am not 100% sure. Just tried to google but couldn't find anything. Will keep an eye out tomorrow but hopefully someone would find it in their pvr recording.

That story is made up. Look at the photo he shows and compare it to the ones below. They clearly show a man in a dark suit with glasses sitting in the "empty" seat in his photo. He is 2 people down from the person with the shirt with the dark horizontal stripe across their chest.
