Cam Barker and J-Bo seem similar on paper:

    Barker is 6'3", 210 at 17
    J-Bo is 6'4", 210 at 20

    J Bo's stats:

Year Team League GP G A Pts +/- PIM Shots Sh%

    2001-02 Medicine Hat WHL 61 11 50 61 -3 42 - -
    2000-01 Medicine Hat WHL 61 14 39 53 -8 44 - -

    Cam Barker's [so far]:
GP G A TP AP\PG PM PPG PPA SH +\-
    41 12 22 34 0.83 64 7 14 0 5

YEAR TEAM GP G A TP PM
    2002-03 Medicine Hat Tigers 64 10 37 47 79

Who will be the better d-man? Does Barker warrant any comparisons to Pronger?

^That's a good question, I always just assumed he played the left side, but don't know.

    Left is his natural position.

Their stats relative to age is what you have to compare.

I've never seen Barker play but if he was Jbo-esque as a teenager then he would be up there with Ovechkin.

I know he shoots left, but it doesnt always mean they play left. There are a lot more left handed defenseman so some get used to playing the right while in junior. (Assuming thats what you're trying to show with the picture)
