I'm going crazy waiting on this draft. Time for some bold predictions. Serious Internet Points (SIPs) up for grabs, folks.

Whats your bold prediction for what the sens do on draft day? The more specific the better. Time to go on the record.

My bold prediction:
Byfield falls to 3 and the sens pass on him to take Jamie Drysdale.

3 -Stutzle
5 - Drysdale
28 - Bourque/Foerster

(I think they are hoping for Bourque here, though I don't think he will be there)

3rd: Traded to LA along with 28 to get 2nd. Draft Byfield.
5th: Jake Sanderson or Jack Quinn

33 and 61 traded to get back into the mid 20's of the first round. Tyson Foerster, Jake Neighbours or Mavrik Bourque drafted.

The Senators won't make a single pick out of Europe.

Pierre will be trading up a ton of picks is my prediction . Hopefully he doesn’t overpay for anything even though we have a ton of picks.

28 + 33 for 25 is not ok
28 +58 for 25 is ok

is what I’m tryna say

Byfield, Holtz, Lapiere, Schneider ... I think LAP falls with the injury questions and relative depth and we can afford some risk.

Going against my better judgement but here's mine based on Sens history:

[3] Byfield
(a) Where there's smoke there's fire - Stutzle to LA [hopefully, I think??]

[5] Marco Rossi
(a) Play soonish - Yes;
(b) Local area-ish - Yes;
(c) High floor somewhat lower ceiling? Yes-ish;
(d) "Character" - Absolutely;
(e) Helps attendance - Probably;
(f) Being linked to the senators? Nope not at all compared to others. Seems obvious to link the two?;
(g) Reason for them not to be linked to him? Anaheim/Detroit/NJ could easily pick Rossi;

That's not a bold prediction. That's pure madness man.

How are most of these posts bold? They're exactly what we could do.

Bold:

Perfetti/Raymond 3rd.

We trade up into top 15 and snag Lundell/Quinn/Guhle

3 -Stutzle
5 - Drysdale
28 - Bourque/Foerster

(I think they are hoping for Bourque here, though I don't think he will be there)

This is exactly how I see our top 3 picks going.

With nothing to do the past several months, PD's been perusing the HF Sens board and offers scouting employment to 3 HF Sens regulars based on all the research and debate he's encountered here. The press release reads the Senators are trying to make a commitment to the community and are proud of their ability to offer employment to the local community in these pandemic times. All three are immediately terminated after the draft for arguing incessantly to include Brannstrom in trade proposals to move up four spots in the draft. The press release noting the terminations mentions the new hires not living up to the team's core values.
