Not really pissing away, considering they are our bottom pairing with the loss of Hamonic for personal reasons, allowing us to keep Valimaki as exempt for the ED, and keeping Stone out of the lineup (hopefully).

Did he even return from his injury? Like i guess he could have scored 2 more goals if he played another 10+ games, but didn't most of Neal's goals come in the first 25 games of the season? I thought he was at like 14 before Edmonton played their 25th game? So imo he was cold, so maybe he went the final 10+ games without scoring, but he was still more than 10 goals ahead of Lucic, so half was met, i wasn't sure how they were going to do these types of conditions.
