5"10 159lbs centerman from russia who currently plays for the petes. Great skater, who has great offensive instincts. Great vision, and can easily find players. Didn't get a ton of ice time in 2016-2017 so it affected his stats.

2015-16| CIHA white midget AAA | 46GP/21G/49A/70pts
2016-17 | Peterborough Petes (OHL) | 63Gp/8g/21A/29pts | Playoffs | 12gp 3g, 5a 8pts.
2017-18 | Peterborough Petes (OHL) | 68Gp/12G/39A/51Pts

Seems like a solid pick, that I'd take a chance on this guy in the later rounds.

Ranked 30th amongst ohl prospects
OHL Prospects: Preseason Top 30 for the 2018 NHL Draft

Ranked 182nd on draft site as well

Thanks for an update, but I think he is potentially 2nd round pick by the end of the year, really skilled player.

He's looked pretty good lately has 6 points in ten games

Definite nhl pick will likely fall between the 2nd round to the 5th

Will keep updating on him as well as sending the odd highlight videos

He's been good lately I think, but I'm not sure where he is gonna end up on draft day.not a lot of information about his rankings.

This kid plays this very "stalking" style of play, like a lot of Russians do...some people think you're not good two-way player unless you're sliding around the ice face first into shots with your mouth open...a lot of Russians kind of lie in the weeds and then make a calculated play and SDA is really starting to get that over the course of this season...I like this player a lot...

I don't have my draft ranking near done yet and I don't really read other ones, but this is a player I could landing in the 25 to 50 area for me...

I just don't see his game translating to the NHL at all. He's not a great skater and doesn't win puck battles.

He's really young but when I watch him, I just don't see it

I really like this pick. He's definitely a project, but most of his weaknesses should be improved as his body matures. He needs a ton more strength everywhere to help his skating, shot and physical play. But his puck skills are delightful and he seems to have really good hockey sense. If he works hard and bulks up he could be a top 6 guy someday. Or he could never make the league. Risky, but worth it in the 3rd.
