Oremba should be a key part of the very deep 2023 whl class. He combines very high hockey IQ, puck skills and skating ability to be a high end offensive player over the coming years for Seattle. Natural center who makes everyone around him better and got into 15 games albeit in a limited role to start this past year. One thing he'll need to improve upon going forward is being more assertive physically and hanging around the net more. Good thing is he's had a growth spurt and when he fills out that should help. Part of a good forward core for the TBirds with Roulette, Ciona, Gustavson, Davidson and Rempe for the next couple years. Will be interesting to see how he improves over the next few years.

It was cool to see alot of these 15 year olds from the 2020 WHL draft get in so many games this season.

I know Bedard was the only one to get exceptional status and he ended up playing 15 games with the Pats(season cut short due to U18s), but there were many kids from that same draft that played the same amount of games or even more(some played the whole season).. The future looks unreal for the Dub!!!

Anyways, Oremba has alot of potential and will be a HUGE part of the TBirds future

Dealt to Regina today... Seattle has done such an unbelievable job with their drafting and recruiting that it made Oremba expendable. It's a PERFECT situation for him now becoming a Pat and recieve more playing time and playing with Bedard leading up to his draft

TBirds recieved a 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks for him

Yeah he's a elite talent but was buried on a deep forward core. Seattle will likely use the picks to get a dman eventually(Nolan Allan imo) and Regina has him for 3, maybe 4 years. Don't think this is about going all in with Bedard but more a local kid who fits with their actual contending window

Damn the T-birds are going to be good for a long time now, with that extra pick in 2024.

I love Oremba but man, that’s a hefty price to pay.

Went undrafted but they're discussing him on the Pipeline Show.

Is there something to see and does he get drafted next year?
