Burakovsky could come back and do well. None of us know.

He can still skate... that's the biggest thing. Just needs hand to heal.

could. sure. yes he can skate. we all know there is a difference between in shape and game shape. my point is that I would rather have him back in the lineup and playing and finding his chemistry again than to wait til the playoffs start so the team can add a replacement for him in case he doesn't play well.

Its an unnecessary risk. The Caps wont do it unless the reports are that he wont be back til the playoffs start or later.

Bura on IR means we will have to have one more player on roster. That means we will bank less cap space... and that 4,2M full season projection will get closer to smth like 2,5M. So it's kinda significant.

He wasn't playing golf. It was a scheduled appearance for a promo.
