Looking at these lineups.... It makes me think that it is pretty hard to make a horrible team in the cap era. I mean expansion Senators, mid 70's Caps, early 90's Nords or even the current Sabres.

In the Cap era it is hard to not have parity. Most of these horrible teams in the thread actually would win 20-25 games a season.

Even most contracts that are "bad" aren't really that bad.
