This is the real truth, the rot sits at the top. The man who thought we needed to trade up for a kicker because he went to FSU, set some records, and Jameis could vouch for him is the problem. Most of our picks have been at best decent, at worst bad. Spence, Howard, Hargreaves, none of them particularly good enough. They're basically the 05-09 Lightning, honestly. Lots of picks, lots of names, nothing worth sticking.

Not to mention the traffic cone at RG. Dotson isn't getting any younger and Jensen is pretty average for being paid the big bucks.

Let's face it there is absolutely nothing out there if we get rid of Winston. Might as well give him another chance to make it work. He got a lot less stupid after that last benching, FWIW.

So the Canes hire Diaz to replace Richt.

Interestingly, his first game will be against his former boss at Mississippi State, Dan Mullen. Not to mention the fact that it’s a rivalry game.

If you thought he was going anywhere after watching hard knocks, you're being foolish. Licht has basically kissed his ass since the day he drafted him.

That moment when you realize the Bears ended their playoffs the same way the Bucs would have...

Git um boys. Finally..... FINALLY a coach that knows what he's doing. I am considering cautious optimism.

Still probably be a 6-10 season

Leftwich is calling plays and Arians graded his own health as only a C. Not good. This is a very short term fix and for Winston more than anything. If he can't fix the turnover machine then everyone is gone from Licht to the waterboys. All history.

I'm a casual NFL fan so sorry if this is a bad question but how big is the coaching change for the Buccaneers?

Don't really know that much about football just some notable players and what not. I watch the playoffs but don't really know too much about the coaches. I only started watching NFL more about 4-5 years ago and I just chose the Bucs as my team because I was already a pretty big Lightning fan. Hopefully, I can catch more games this year.

I'm fairly casual as well, but let's put it this way. Bruce Arians took over a similarly bad team in Arizona and got them to the playoffs several times, one time only a game short of the Super Bowl. So folks are optimistic he can repeat the feat.

If there's one thing Licht got right last year it was trading for JPP, so glad he's a Buc. Hopefully he shines next year with the new defense.

The Magic acquire Fultz. There is no reason why with proper rehab from TOS he can't return to form. Small risk, potentially great reward. Don't rush it, the playoffs probably aren't gonna happen. Big whoop. A good piece is in place alongside Gordon. Just pray to win the lottery and things will FINALLY start falling into place.

In the meantime set the tank on fire and drive it off a cliff
