If not, sorry Winnipeg fans. You guys don't deserve to have your hopes raised up and down all the time. And congrats on holding on to your team at least a bit longer, Atlanta.

If true, then sorry Atlanta fans. You guys have been classier than I would ever expect a fanbase to be given the situation. And congrats to finally getting a team back, Winnipeg.

That's what sucks about this situation. No matter what happens, one fanbase will be happy and the other will be miserably depressed.

i agree with the guy saying its unfair how differently they are treating to the two teams though. i definitely feel winnipeg deserves a team but at the same time it feels kinda bad takin it from another city. relocation sucks

This is a mistake. Atlanta is a major market. A team needs to be there. I'm happy for Winnipeg but this is not what should happen to Atlanta hockey.

Maybe if we're lucky we'll get an AHL team if the Thrashers move.
