Wouldn't that close out hs amateur status and a shot at Buckeyes roster?
Ya but he looks like he’s ready for the AHL. He’s 20 yo and he dominates. He would be like a lot of Canadian kids who play in the AHL once there major junior days are done.

from one of the most disliked or polarizing picks to a fan fav
If he crushes the nhl a lot of fans will have some crow to eat :p. Moral of the story; never think you’re a pro scout when u don’t even watch teenagers play hockey :p

Jack Ahcan is still underrated and not discussed enough, IMO. He’s one of those players that makes something out of what otherwise should be nothing.

The way D-men are dropping around the big club (both physically and performance-wise!) we may see him sooner rather than later taking a shift with Big Bs. Bring him on. It can't be any worse than the shit show we've had back there for the past few games.

man, so many of these highlights fans post here (thanks by the way), makes it look like this kid is toying with the opposition

He’s also been playing the right for a significant stretch of games now and looks just as good, if not better at times. I’m definitely finding that he gets shots through easier on the right, which makes sense given his handiness and lengthy stick. Good stuff, really, being versatile.
