Brown brings absolutely nothing to the table. He takes stupid penalties, isn't a sherif on the ice... he really serves no purpose with players like Orr and MacLaren on the team, yet he managed to find himself in the lineup far too often.

I'll miss him.

Heart and soul guy - great in the room, gave his all despite being a very limited player.

Good relationship with the fans, but ultimately a guy that is replaceable/expendable.

I bet he saw the writing on the wall too - the last few games he's seemed extra insistent on trying to pick fights with just about everyone to try and hold his spot in Toronto.

I wish him well - gave everything for this team.

Fourth liner who gives it 100% each shift...will fight pretty often.

Unreal... guess the emergence of McLaren and Orr made him expendable, but that is one guy who gave 110% every night and is a great character. It will be interesting to see how the lockerroom is affected by his departure.
