Thanks for the info, still though 85% (exchange rate) of 15000 is 12750. 14000 in Nashville, Carolina, ECT >>> than 15000 in Winnipeg.

Actually, the MTS centre link that you provided indicates that the 15,015 DOES include private suites.

EDIT: I guess that is what you were saying.
