In what might be the only PR win in months (years?) for this team, I am a volunteer rink maintainer with the city and the Sens have offered 2 free tickets to every volunteer in the city for a game in Feb.

That's a nice move.

As someone who was never afforded the opportunity to play proper competitive hockey, I had a lot of great times playing on local rinks as a kid. They are a great service. I'm very appreciative to people like you who volunteer to make those rinks possible.

Well deserved. It’s the hard work by volunteers in this sport that allow both kids and adults to enjoy it.
