    will post something

His quickness and ability to make plays with the puck really showed in transition as a majority of his goals and assists came on the rush. He also made several highlight reel assists by waiting to draw the defense and goaltender to him before slipping a pass to a linemate hitting the backdoor.

One weakness to his game was his defensive zone coverage, but that is somewhat expected as a younger freshman in Hockey East, coming out of the OJHL -- a junior league often known for its offense. Seney was -9 in his last 11 games. He was +12 in his first 23 games.

This is Seney's second year of draft eligibility and there is no guarantee he will hear his name called in Sunrise, Fla. at the 2015 NHL Draft, but a team might take a late round pick on a player they believe has some upside due to exceptional speed and good hands.

Trend of drafting speed continues, but god this kid is small. See I don't mind drafting a potential Tedy clone at 6 though.

Love the look of this pick. Led his team in scoring as a freshman.

So the people who like speed should be happy. We drafted a ton of speed today.

Meh, the odds of a pick this low making it to the NHL are < 5% anyway.

You can see a difference in drafting ideas this year. No bumpers or grinders at all.

Everyone is speed and offense from the forwards drafted.

It seems we've made an organizational commitment to drafting fast guys, not against it at all. Guys drafted this late rarely make it, so whatever.
