For Minnesota the breakout I want to see is Gaborik. Screw 30 goals, I want to see 50. Also, I don't know if this year quite qualifies as a breakout for Bouchard, but I'd like to see more from him as well.

Kyle Wellwood looks a lot like Steve Sullivan before Quinn gave up and traded him

I agree Getzlaf and Perry will have bigger seasons next year

Brad Richardson, who may play enough games this year to qualify as a rookie, looks like he's earned a spot on the Avs as he continues to impress..9 point in 21 games...I see him getting atleast 50+ points next year.

He's having a solid rookie year but I think that Alex Steen could have a big year next season, especially if the Leafs finally get a winger and play him with Steen and Mats.

2. PMB- 60 to 70 points
3. O'Sullivan- w/e Vanek puts up this year.

For Dallas, I really have no idea. Maybe Daley. Maybe Mietinnen. Maybe Hagman (yes, I know he's been showing flashes for years). Could be one of the younger guys, but it's probably going to be tough for any of them to make the team.

I think there is achance that Guerin gets bought out . Arnott is resigned and one of Polak Lessard or Erikkson makes itas atop 6 guy

each of those guys stands a good chance to make themselves a name next season... assumed remaining healthy won't be a problem...

I didn't mention certain guys like Cheechoo, Prucha, Seabrook, Svatos, Meszaros, Eminger or Derek Roy because they might already have a breakout season this year...

Is Stempniak gonna be a first liner?
what you think his potentiel is?

If he keeps up his play at this high level for the rest of the season, I see no reason why he won't be on the first line with Tkachuk and Cajanek(or whoever the Blues might get in FA over the summer). McClement might just steal that 2nd line center spot if Weight doesn't re-sign with the Blues. Keep an eye out for Shishkanov as well, he'll probably get at least 3rd line minutes and probably more depending on performance and injuries.

Tuomo Ruutu can't be injured FOREVER...

I think one of our other Euro stars will do very well too... at least one of Nordqvist, Kontiola, Salamander, Malmivaara or Viuhkola.

Taking advantage of role models in the names of Doug Weight, Mark Recchi and Rod Brind'Amour...playing in the shaddow of highly regarded prospect Eric Stall, I really hope Jack Johnson joins the red hot Hurricanes as early as next year and receives a solid opportunity to showcase is talent at the blueline.

I'm pretty sure he could have a rookie season in the mold of Phaneuf-Meszaros out of Michigan.

Andrei Kostsitsyn.
not next year impossible, the year after thought, remember that Kostytsin is a project.

On the other hand Mike Komisarek, here's one who will FINALLY turn out the player he was projected to be, he's just starting to play with confidence, next year is his year

Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry for Anaheim, both had good flashes this season, but they might explode together next year.

Definitely! This duo have been pretty impressive to watch this season! Can't wait to see them play their full season together next year. They're Anaheim's future dynamic duo! And if Bobby Ryan plays on the same line with them, we might see a dynamic trio in the very near future! :yo:

For the Avs it will be Wolski. I bet he will outscore Svatos next season. (Points not goals). Imagine them on the same line. That would be dangerous.
