… oh wait, I thought I already did that before the season started.
The SIM gods certainly have a cruel sense of irony as the Wings are trying to rebuild and could certainly use a top draft spot but instead find themselves, however briefly, leading the Central division while some teams that on paper should be legitimate challengers are struggling. Heck my half AHL roster still has only played 1 of 22 games with a full line-up and I really know the world is upside down when the Blues are leading our season series three games to two
By extension the logic may be that I need to trade away prospects and for vets to try and compete and then I’ll fall down the standings. Certainly weird the way things have been playing out one quarter of the way in to the season.
