Guaranteed 2nd rounder possibly even conditional 1st if moved at the deadline. At this point I'd prefer he just has a lights out season and ends up being a long term RD2 behind Joker then getting a measly 2nd round pick and 2 and a half seasons of Montour for a 1st and Guhle.

The $ crunch is real. We are back to being a poor cheap nhl team like the days of old, except we suck instead of being a good, cheap broke team.

fine with this but the sabres need to clean up the RHD log jam this season, especially if borgen or fitz start pushing for minutes. along with joker, those are the cheaper RFAs that need to be ready before miller & risto hit ufa status.
