That said the Beast haven't been successful at the gate, and once their support from the city ended, it's certainly not surprising.

The Six home rink is Canlan Ice at York U. They had a "partnership", what that involved I don't know, but there were supposed to be double-headers scheduled in Brampton for 21-22. I mentioned in another thread the Beast head coach was an assistant with the Six in Lake Placid.

I feel sad about this. The Beast put on an excellent show and you could not ask for better live hockey for what a ticket cost, close to the action and the players played every shift. Nothing will ever fly in Brampton no sense of community if it’s not the leafs it’s not hockey.
I would like to thank the owners for having this team here as long as they did I enjoyed many games
