Understandable. Hope he gets paid somewhere else.

That’s a fair offer given the circumstances (actually quite generous given the circumstances)

I actually can’t really even think of a team who might go higher that’s a contender. Unless Krugs just following the money

Jesus Krug what the HELL is wrong with you? Take that and run!

He was undrafted and underpaid his entire career. Aside from a Cup he has won plenty and been a leader on a contender.

I think it is fair for him to chase a big contract now. He is elite at what he does after all... if he decides to come back he is most welcome.

Not sure I agree it's fair considering he gave them a real sweetheart deal before this. Deserves to cash in.

Seems like a fair deal by the Bruins and they don't want to blow up your salary structure over a player like Krug. Good for them for setting their limit and not budging. Too many cave in to bad deals.

Well, I’d argue what Boston is offering is a big contract.

That’s an overpayment
Definitely is sire. He has played on the best powerplay in the league. With the best men available. Almost only scores on the PP, not a strong 5 on 5 player. Only plays average a 16.30 on the even strength. Etc.
He is a powerplay specialist and boston can replace him fast. The world is gone crazy with these. You are right and know ice hockey period

He wants that 7th year, and I think he'll get it.

Still Boston has nobody to replace him... OEL, comon down!
