All kidding aside it's very much become an organizational trait under this regime. Can't paint by numbers and constantly trying to shove square pegs in to round holes. It's pathetic and is why we constantly harp on no vision.

And it's painful to see the Rangers ahead of the Habs. They have been rebuilding for what - 1.5 years and have Panarin.
